The patterns query for the current (foreground) window: date range plus any severity/service/search/property filters. The same filters are applied to the baseline window.

Baseline window to compare against. Omit to default to the current window shifted back exactly one week, which absorbs daily and weekly log-volume cycles. Pass an explicit range to compare against a specific period, e.g. pre-deploy or pre-incident.
