Two list shapes controlled by the ``ticket_id`` query param: - **per-ticket** (``?ticket_id=<uuid>``): individual gap rows for that ticket. - **aggregated** (no ``ticket_id``): gaps grouped by normalized topic with counts, for the Business knowledge suggestions panel.
